We are a fast-moving startup solving complex, hidden problems in the industry. We aren't building basic e-commerce templates. We are building ground-up, zero-to-one products that require deep, systemic thinking.

Let's be brutally clear: We are NOT looking for just a "UI/UX Designer." We are looking for a true PRODUCT DESIGNER.

If your portfolio is full of pretty Dribbble redesigns of Spotify or standard checkout pages, this isn't for you. We need someone who uncovers hidden problems, questions the "why," maps the business logic, and engineers elegant visual solutions.

The Mindset We Need

• Radical Self-Clarity: You have deep clarity in yourself. You know your strengths, you own your blind spots, and you communicate your design decisions with absolute precision.
• Startup DNA & Patience: Startups are chaotic. You need the patience to navigate ambiguity, iterate relentlessly, and bring order to complex ideas.
• "Young Blood" Energy: We don't care about your age, but we care about your mindset. We want that hungry, scrappy, highly adaptable, and energetic drive to build something massive.
• Absolute Ownership: You will own the end-to-end design process. From messy whiteboarding and user flows to pixel-perfect dev handoffs.

The Skills You Bring (2+ YOE minimum)

• Figma Mastery: It's your second language. You build clean files, smart components, and scalable design systems.
• AI-Powered Workflow: You don't just design the old way. You actively leverage AI tools in your daily work to rapidly explore concepts, generate placeholders, and speed up your ideation process.

What We Need From You

• 2+ years of real-world experience: You have built and shipped actual problem-solving products (not just conceptual bootcamp projects).
• First-Principles Thinking: You have a knack for finding the hidden problems in new products and solving them before the user even realizes they exist.
• End-to-End Execution: You can take a complex user problem, map the flow, wireframe the logic, and deliver a polished, high-fidelity final product.

Work Conditions

• This is a full-time role (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM IST) designed for people who love building in a high-energy, tight-knit startup setting.
• During the probation period, candidates are required to use their own laptop; an office laptop will not be provided initially.
• Strong remote communication skills and experience working in distributed teams are essential.
• 2+ years of experience shipping real-world product design work.
